Features:

1. It adopts itelligent type operation design, which is convenient to use this machine if the
operator can read the number. Straightening and cutting length is adjustable on the control
screen. Its NC system can carry out the different length steel bar straightening and cutting
once time within 1 to 20 batches. It is very simple to correct the steel bar length, just setting it
on the operation control scree.
2. It adopts electronic digital scale (Length encoder) without any mechanical scale. Leading
axle type material pressing device makes the length scaling value to be more accurately.
3. It use the imported hydraulic components and the special hydraulic system design, the oil
tank equips the water-cooling unit, just need to do the water recycling, which makes the
hydraulic cutting with stronger force and extend the working life but no need to repairing
frequently.
4. The straightening system adopts hyperbolic curve and inclined roll design, which cooperate
with the steel bar straightening roller to reduce the abrasion. Afer straightening, the steel bar
has not more scratching on the surface, less intention loss with longer using life.
